Why should we write a journal!

NAMASTE everyone welcome back to my blog,SHIVICTIONARY.so I am back with another topic which I love to talk about🀩

So why should we write a journal? That is a question that popped in my head when I didn’t start writing a journal….but when I did start it,I got my answer

So if you u don’t write a journal so today I am gonna tell you that why should you write a journal

For your privacy

β€’ so there are some things that happens with you in a day but you are not comfortable sharing it with your friends or even your family….at that time a journal helps you a lot you can take out you aggression or sadness through words

FOR YOUR INNER PEACE

β€’ doesn’t it feels good when you tell someone that what you did in your day…yes,it does,it gives you some kind of peace.So if you will write a journal about what you did that will keep your mind peaceful 😁

FOR MAKING MEMORIES

β€’ so I wrote a funny incident that happened with me a year ago,and when I read it yesterday that me me laugh sooo hard🀣….so whatever happens with you today will become history tommorow….so if you will save those moments through your words and then read it after a year so you will laugh,cry etc…you will be so grateful that you wrote that

FOR REMEMBERING YOUR PAST

β€’ if you will write a journal for a long time and then if you will read you previous and old entries…..you will get to know that how were you a year ago ,how was your past you will get to meet the young-you(if that’s a word 🀣🀣)

These are some valid reasons which may inspire you to start writing πŸ˜€…..and yeah,one more thing πŸ‘‡

  1. I’ve been writing weekly incidents in a diary for 1 year. It’s quite umm awesome without any digital remembrance.

    Great idea Shivi. I write a diary irregularly. I include daily life moments, quotes, self-motivation and direction, breaking/ describing a topic, ideas, solutions of social issues etc. I enjoy it.

    1. Amazing,lokesh….writing is the best habit that you can adopt and you have a habit of writing thats amazing 😊
      I guess everyone should write a journal…..writing regularly is not important but writing is important πŸ˜€

    I love writing journals! I think everyone, especially people who aren’t good at communicating with people should write their thoughts as pouring your heart out on a paper is way better than talking to someone.

    I love journaling to. Good points on reasons why we should journal. I also find it helps with personal developments, and boosting of moods especially if you practice gratitude journaling once in a while.
